What is Lovebox ?

Lovebox is an SMS chat service puts you in contact with people via Premium SMS.

How Do I Start?

You can register by going to www.Lovebox.com.au and filling in your details.

Does the person I’m chatting to see my number?

The chat engine uses a double blind system meaning that your mobile phone is never sent to the person you are chatting to and you can remain completely anonymous if you wish.

I am having problems receiving messages, what can I do?

Lovebox is sent via text messaging to your mobile phone. You will receive text messages which you can reply and chat to the same way you would typically communicate via SMS. Please make sure text messaging is enabled on your phone service. If it is not you will need to call you phone carrier and have them activate the service. You can get help by emailing customer service at help@Lovebox.com.au. If you are still having problems you can call 1300 767 306 and speak to a customer service representative.

How long does it all take?

Registering takes only a few minutes. Receiving text messages is done almost instantly.

Is my Network compatible?

Most Australian mobile phone networks are compatible with Lovebox , however, if you have not received a reply within a few minutes after joining your carrier may not be participating in Lovebox yet.

How much does it cost?

The subscribe and unsubscribe messages are completely free of charge. You will be charged $4 per msg thereafter . These charges will appear on your mobile phone bill. Additional carrier charges may apply; contact your provider for more information.

How do I unsubscribe?

Simply send ‘STOP’ to 19750000 via your mobile phone and you will receive a confirmation text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. If you have any problems please call 1300 767 306.
